Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Strategy Associate who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the multifamily industry. This position is designed for someone who excels at leveraging data to inform and automate strategic decisions, defining and standing up new processes to streamline the renter experience, and working with stakeholders across the board to solve any problem that may come their way. If you have a knack for diving into data, a "roll your sleeves up and figure it out" mentality, and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, this role is for you. This role reports to the Strategy & Operations Manager.

The Strategy Associate, Operations essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Roles and responsibilities
- Strategize: Understand internal and external client needs, prioritize by impact, and develop solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Operate: Delve into details and scale operations effectively. Work directly with internal and external partners to execute both short-term and long-term plans, ensuring cross-functional success.
- Build: Lead the development of new initiatives, creating roadmaps for future growth opportunities to guide resource investment for desired outcomes.
- Construct: Bring structure to ambiguous situations and create playbooks or templates where none exist.
- Analyze: Use data to inform hypotheses and align cross-functional partners.
- Manage: Oversee payments and lease generation operations, ensuring we hit our SLAs and drive towards reliability and scalability
- Foster collaboration within team and across the company
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
Education, Work Experience, and Certifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, banking/private equity, corporate finance, or a tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth
- Highly skilled in SQL
- Proven track record of running cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
- Preferred but not required; experience in Real Estate and/or Multi Family
