Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Enterprise Growth & Strategic Account Manager that can 'work from anywhere' in the U.S. The Enterprise Growth & Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic expansion and ensuring the continued success of a key enterprise account. This role requires balancing relationship management, business growth initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustained growth. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities within planned and contracted growth while unlocking new avenues for product adoption, business line expansion, and strategic partnerships. This role reports to the Senior Director of Client Strategy.

The Enterprise Growth & Strategic Account Manager essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strategic Account Development: Lead growth initiatives across core business units of Funnel’s key enterprise customer, focusing on delivering against planned revenue targets while identifying and closing new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Funnel’s internal teams, including leadership, sales, product management, customer success, and implementation, to drive seamless service delivery and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the customer’s organization to ensure long-term satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Sales and Consulting: Identify growth opportunities through proactive consultations, business reviews, and needs assessments to tailor solutions and deliver maximum value with Funnel’s offerings.
  • Value Engineering and Business Case Development: Craft and present tailored business cases that align the customer’s strategic objectives with Funnel’s product capabilities, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Product Enablement: Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure that the customer is equipped with the right Funnel solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer’s advocate within Funnel, ensuring their voice is heard in product development, implementation planning, and solution refinement.
  • Travel: 25-50% travel may be required to maintain strong client engagement and drive project success
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications

  • 10+ years of applicable experience, with at least 5+ years of industry-specific experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
