Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Account Executive that can 'work from home' in the U.S. As an Account Executive will have a demonstrated history of success in SaaS, evidenced by consistent quota attainment, refined sales skills, and high energy levels. The ideal candidate will embody a collaborative spirit, taking initiative, assuming responsibility, and effectively coordinating with diverse departments. These attributes will help you to establish relationships within the multifamily community, addressing industry challenges through tailored solutions. This role will require regular travel to prospect and client locations, trade shows, conferences and industry events. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The Account Executive essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the complete sales process, including pipeline development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Regularly hitting or surpassing quarterly and annual sales goals by closing deals consistent with assigned sales quotas .
  • Staying up-to-date on Funnel product functionality, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects to avoid dropping leads, and ensuring prompt responses to prospect and client emails within the same business day
  • Preparing thoroughly for every demo or discovery call by collaborating with invited team members and understanding client needs.
  • Crafting and delivering compelling presentations highlighting how Funnel product features directly impact client objectives.
  • Actively seeking and finding new prospect attendees for all industry events, with the goal of expanding the client base through continuous identification and engagement with potential clients.
  • Creating and maintaining a portfolio of high-potential accounts by strategically nurturing relationships and driving sales initiatives within each.
  • Consistently identifying and pursuing new leads through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques to ensure a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Demonstrating consistent completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining prompt responsiveness and diligent communication practices.
  • Travel regularly, to visit prospect and client locations, attend trade shows, conferences, industry events and Funnel Forum.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in Saas. Multifamily experience is a bonus.
  • Experience prospecting into /mid-Level, large enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in GSuite, SalesForce, or equivalent solutions
